'Shooting against the sun' can be tricky but also is rewarding. It can be quiet beautiful, especially when the sun is low and close to the horizon. You also can use it as backlight and create some cinematic lense flares.  Superb entries and many participants.

The currently running theme is 'Ladybugs, butterflies, dragonflies'.
Close-up photography is a must to capture insects like, ladybugs, butterflies, dragonflies and more ... Never harm the insect you are photographing – always choose patience-based techniques, You will be rewarded for your patience by their beauty.

This contest will end on Sunday the 22nd of October at midnight.
